Instructor Refresher Course (IRC)

Purpose of the Course:

Enable participants to methodically conduct training courses in accordance with ICAO Instructor Competency Framework and develop the required training strategies for course delivery. The IRC is a short course reviewing and updating on previous studies / training regarding to instructors and training technique.

Learning Objectives:

After successfully completing the Course, the trainees will be able to apply and implement the TRAINAIR PLUS training development methodological standards to:

• Prepare training facility
• Manage trainees
• Deliver the course
• Perform trainee evaluation
• Perform course evaluation
• Evaluates and improve the effectiveness of instructor performance

Target Population:

• Active Instructor

Entry Requirements:

• Active instructor who had passed initial course
• Have a good command of English language both written and spoken

Duration: 1 Day
