and<\/p>\n<p>c)\u00a0apply their knowledge and understanding to assist their national administration in improving implementation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Target Population:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Representatives (eg, administrators, lawyers, managers),\u00a0with or without legal education, from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Civil Aviation Administrations;<\/li>\n<li>Civil Aviation Authorities;
