Training Competency Development<\/p>\n

Purpose of the Course:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Training Developers Course (TDC) is developed by the International Civil \u200eAviation Organization (ICAO) Global Aviation Training (GAT) Office and is \u200eoffered to the aviation community on the premises of a TRAINAIR PLUS Member. The TDC will train civil aviation course developers to design and develop Standardized Training Packages (STPs), based on ICAO\u2019s Training Development Guide, Competency-based Training Methodology (Doc 9941).<\/p>\n

Learning Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n

After successfully completing the Course, the trainees will be able to apply and implement the TRAINAIR PLUS training development methodological standards to:
\nAnalyse training needs;
\nAnalyse job tasks and target populations;
\nDetermine training objectives;
\nSequence objectives and group them into modules;
\nPrepare and validate tests;
\nDesign training modules;
\nDevelop course content and produce training material;
\nConduct validation delivery of training material; and
\nIdentify and recommend post-training activities, including planning and monitoring on-the-job training.<\/p>\n
