enable them to optimize the job-post performance to already graduate ATCOs in the most efficient way and at the lowest possible cost.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<p><strong>Learning Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare course syllabus according to Unit Training Plan (UTP)<\/li>\n<li>Prepare course schedule<\/li>\n<li>Perform instructor self-preparation<\/li>\n<li>Organize the delivery<\/li>\n<li>Prepare course material and devices<\/li>\n<li>Brief trainee the program<\/li>\n<li>Perform training on the operational workplace<\/li>\n<li>Debrief trainee feedback<\/li>\n<li>Assess trainee\u2019s progress<\/li>\n<li>Complete Summative Report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a
